Senior Enrollment Operations Manager

Summary

The Senior Enrollment Operations Manager (SEOM) is responsible for the operational execution of CHE’s enrollment systems and processes. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant enrollment processing for students across CHE campuses and partner district/BOCES sites. As CHE grows from approximately 2,700 students toward 10,000+ students, the SEOM translates executive enrollment strategy into daily operational practice and supervises staff responsible for enrollment processing and documentation. The SEOM ensures enrollment workflows function accurately and efficiently, protecting funding integrity and supporting student continuity by maintaining operational discipline, quality control, and staff performance.

Compensation Range

$75,000 - $95,000 / annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day enrollment operations across CHE campuses and partner sites.
  • Supervise Enrollment Specialists and seasonal enrollment staff.
  • Ensure enrollment processing meets state funding and district compliance requirements.
  • Implement enrollment policies and procedures established by the Executive Team.
  • Monitor enrollment data quality and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee document collection, verification, and audit preparation.
  • Manage workload distribution and peak-season staffing plans.
  • Provide regular operational reporting to the Executive Team.
  • Operational Responsibilities Related to Expansion Implement standardized enrollment workflows at new partner district and BOCES campuses.
  • Coordinate with staff at new sites on CHE reporting requirements and compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate enrollment timelines across multiple campuses.
  • Support multi-jurisdiction operational adjustments under Executive Team instruction.
  • Ensure operational readiness for enrollment surges associated with campus launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enrollment operations, compliance, education administration, or related fields.
  • Experience supervising staff in a compliance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with state funding rules and audit documentation requirements.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
