Admissions Manager

Summary

The Admissions Manager oversees all processes related to student enrollment, re-enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals. This largely remote position requires strong organizational, systems, and communication skills. The Manager ensures accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity within CHE’s systems as well as compliance with District and State funding requirements.

Compensation Range

$25.00 - $29.00/hour based on (experience and qualifications).

Hiring Timeline

We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and hope to fill this position as soon as possible. Early applications are strongly encouraged This position is part time through the training period until December 31, 2025 and will transition to a full time position January 1st, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrollment Management  - Oversee all phases of student enrollment, including new admissions, re-enrollment, onboarding, withdrawals, and campus transfers. - Acts as the primary point of contact for families and leaders regarding all enrollment-related inquiries or concerns. - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all online enrollment workflows and data management processes.  - Supervise and train seasonal enrollment coordinators to support timely and family-centered enrollment services.  - Manage student data within the ERBOCES Student Information System (SIS) for state compliance and reporting.  - Work with the Director of Admissions and Tech Team to continuously refine enrollment workflows to ensure that processes will support CHE student growth. Compliance & Reporting  - Ensure adherence to ERBOCES and Colorado Department of Education requirements for student enrollment, attendance, and provider documentation. - Conduct periodic internal audits of enrollment and attendance records to verify compliance and accuracy between CHE and ERBOCES  - Prepare and submit required enrollment and withdrawal reports to appropriate state and district entities. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education compliance policies and communicate relevant updates to the Admissions and Administrative teams. Location

- This is a remote position with flexible weekly hours (20–25 per week). - Availability during standard office hours (M-F 9:00a - 5:00p) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in school admissions and data management preferred.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of administrative support experience. - Data entry and database management experience - Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  - Experience managing and training team members
