Compensation Range

Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience and scope)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Director of Strategic Development in planning and executing cross-departmental projects - Serve as a project manager on assigned initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and team contributions - Handle logistics, scheduling, internal communication, and document management for strategic work - Act as a “utility player” during operational challenges, providing timely, flexible support across departments - Maintain project dashboards, task lists, and internal documentation to ensure clarity and progress - Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries in support of strategic planning - Facilitate alignment between project teams and leadership to maintain clarity, accountability, and efficiency

Location

Frequent travel to Colorado Springs is required. - Remote role with flexible scheduling (20–30 hours/week) - Expected availability during core business hours for check-ins, project deadlines, or coordination - May occasionally attend meetings across departments or executive team planning sessions - Can be combined with another part-time role within CHE, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting a senior leader or executive in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment - Background in education, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations - Familiarity with internal systems development and process documentation - Experience with data analysis, light reporting, or internal communications

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, executive support, or operations - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once - Proactive communication and follow-through across digital platforms and remote teams - Comfort with task management tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace
