Front Range Regional Director

Summary

The Regional Campus Director provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple CHE campuses within an assigned region. This role ensures that each campus functions efficiently, maintains compliance, and upholds the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional homeschool enrichment programs. The Regional Director supports and mentors campus leaders, manages budgets, oversees quality standards, and facilitates professional development to ensure organizational excellence across all sites.

Compensation Range

$60,000 - $75,000 / Annually

Hiring Timeline

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Supervision: Oversee and support Micro-Campus Coordinators and Branch Campus Leaders within the assigned region. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement - Operational Oversight:Ensure efficient daily operations at all campuses, maintaining alignment with CHE’s mission, values, and strategic goals. - Compliance & Quality Assurance: Monitor campus adherence to CHE policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Financial Stewardship: Oversee campus budgets, manage resource allocation, and ensure fiscal responsibility within each site. - Professional Development: Facilitate ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development for campus administrators and staff. Promote a growth-oriented, mission-driven culture across the region. - Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with the Campus Director (Mike Carter) and central leadership to implement organizational priorities, evaluate performance metrics, and advance CHE’s long-term goals. - Community & Parent Engagement: Support campus leaders in fostering strong relationships with families, local partners, and community stakeholders to reinforce CHE’s commitment to family-centered education.

Location

Hybrid role based in Colorado. Regular travel to assigned campuses is required (approximately 25–30%). The Regional Campus Director is also required to attend one in-person CHE Front-of-House meeting per quarter, for which CHE will cover all associated travel costs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in homeschooling, charter school, or enrichment program administration. - Knowledge of Colorado education laws and compliance standards. - Experience coaching or mentoring educational leaders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 3–5 years of leadership experience in education, administration, or program management. - Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple campuses or departments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. - Proven experience with budgeting, compliance, and operational oversight. - Demonstrated commitment to education and family-centered learning.
