THIS POSITION IS FOR CHE'S PARTNER - RADIUS LEARNING
The Radius Learning Center Director leads the daily operations of the Radius Learning Center in Colorado Springs. This role oversees center logistics, manages instructional and support staff, coordinates scheduling, and serves as the relational anchor for students, families, and contractors. The Director ensures that the center operates with excellence, efficiency, and joy—balancing people, processes, and purpose.
At-Will Statement
All employment with Colorado Homeschool Enrichment (CHE) is “at-will,” which means that either the employee or CHE may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, subject to applicable federal and Colorado state laws. Compensation Range
$56,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Radius Learning Center
- Coordinate classroom use, daily flow, facilities setup, and basic maintenance needs
- Manage on-site logistics including supplies, vendor relationships, and event support
Staff & Instructor Oversight
- Supervise and support Learning Center staff, instructors, tutors, TAs, and volunteers
- Coordinate semester class schedules and instructor assignments
- Negotiate instructor and contractor agreements in partnership with the Radius Learning Manager
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors
Customer Service & Community Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, contractors, and visitors
- Provide responsive, warm, and professional communication to students and families
- Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and culture within the building
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new families
- Represent Radius Learning during parent meetings, events, and open houses
Program Quality & Collaboration
- Monitor class engagement, tutor interactions, and student well-being
- Work closely with the Radius Learning Manager to implement program vision and policies
- Ensure alignment with Radius Learning and CHE’s educational mission
Location
Requires regular commute to Colorado Springs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in homeschool enrichment, charter education, or hybrid learning
- Experience negotiating instructor contracts or vendor agreements
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, student information systems, and basic facility management

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education or youth programming

- Excellent interpersonal communication with both children and adults
- Ability to handle high-traffic environments and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Must reside in Colorado Springs or be available for daily on-site leadership
