• Location Data: Precise location for campus site visit features (Director role only), accessed only while using the app

We collect personal information through our third-party contact form provider on our website. In the CHE Comms app, we collect information through Google Sign-In authentication, Firebase services (authentication, analytics, and cloud messaging), and direct user input such as messages, help tickets, and expense reports.

• Authenticate staff members and provide access to the CHE Comms app

Website contact form data is stored and processed by our third-party contact form provider using industry-standard encryption. App data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) and Airtable, both of which employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect information from unauthorized access. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate our app: Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, notifications), Google Maps (location services), and Airtable (data storage). These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

6. Opt-Out Rights

Website visitors are not required to submit personal information. If you wish to opt out of future communications, please contact us and we will promptly remove your information.
